Elements of Synchronicity

I have thought about blogging for awhile now. This, that and the other was always there to call me and cause distractions. I did begin a real estate blog, Oh, hello, my name is Kas and I am a realtor and decided to create the other blog to share other aspects of the real estate market besides what we were all hearing on the news….fear and doubt. The real estate industry can be very rewarding and is always a challenge.  Other careers/ideas are knocking on my inner door. I will see where my inner quest takes me.  But, this is NOT my other blog and to be honest, I began that other one with the specific idea of getting back to writing….again.
A few years ago I had a children’s short story accepted by a magazine. It was a very good feeling of accomplishment and recognition. Strangely, after that, I took a weekend course at an adult learning center at a community college and became very interested in conflict resolution and all its disciplines. That has been over 10 years now and I have been certified in 5 areas of conflict resolution, negotiation and meditation being my natural inclinations. I have had a business in California with 8 other people interested in teaching and being advocates of the multi-disciplined area of expertise but the chance came to move back east and I missed this area. Fireflies, thunder storms and yes, snow! I am beginning this blog to share my views, ideas, experiences and questions with any and all who read it. Like my life and study’s, it will be ever changing from books to travel and all in between. I will be honest and forthright about my feelings also.
Why choose the name “elements of synchronicity?” Synchronicity has no boundaries at all, has no type of person, region or idea that it seeks. It has been very much in abundance in my life and I have become conscious of Its gift and realizations for me. Of course, in my view, it isn’t just for me when I feel or sense this occurring. It is like a delicious stew or painting. All of a sudden you have the right colors or ingredients and something begins to occur. For me, it can be like a moment of quiet in the midst of a day. It is the presence of a particular mix of people, ideas, conversation that just starts to fly so very smoothly. It is as though you can’t write it down fast enough. Or at times, it just comes upon a person walking along a path in nature. This is my favorite. It is between me, a question or idea and then the inner wisdom begins speaking in whatever sense we are able to communicate it in. I am comfortable with the term Source or Spirit which resides within me and if I ask, I shall receive. Not always as easy as that though is it?
I am planning on having a topic for each. I hope you will enjoy my joy, outrageousness and candor together. I welcome anyone that wants to accept my invitation to dance!
